Once we arrange a time of call, you can relax, knowing that your very necessary Appliance Repairs will very soon be carried out returning your Appliance to its normal working condition or even better. Our technicians will always call you before coming out to your premises so that you can carry on with your normal day, not needing to wait. Upon inspection, you will be presented with a suggestion on the course of action and the estimated cost of the repair. Should you accept, the technicians will do their work and your appliance will be sorted out in no time. Most of the time the repair can be performed right then and there. In the lesser instances where a parts would need to be supplied & we don’t have it in our Mobile Workshop Unit van, we have access to a very wide network of spare part suppliers.
No call-out fee? there is no Call-Out charges, inspections don’t hurt but they can cost – this means that If you only want an inspection only to get a Quotation, it is called a “Quote Request” therefore it carries a fee charge to cover the expenses of travel and the most valuable commodity – time. This call-out fee is only charged if you decide not to accept the technician’s quotation. The call-out fee for most of Johannesburg, Pretoria & Vaal Triangle Suburb areas is R450-00. If your area of residence doesn’t fall in this category, we will notify you of the difference prior to coming out.

If your area of residence doesn’t fall in this category, we will notify you of the difference prior to coming out.

Any suburb of the following: Johannesburg, Randburg, Sandton, Roodepoort, Midrand, Edenvale, Bedfordview, Benoni, Boksburg, Alberton, Kempton Park, Centurion, Krugersdorp, Springs. Terms and Conditions (Please read carefully):

1. Fill in the Online Booking Form and click on “Submit”
2. Your designated technician will contact you before coming out to arrange a suitable time of call.
3. On arrival, the technician will assess your appliance and provide you with advice and a quotation on the repair. If you accept the quote, and if the required parts are readily carried by the technician, he will repair your appliance on site. If parts need to be acquired additionally, the technician will arrange a new time with you to complete the repair.
4. On completion of the repair, the technician will provide you with an invoice for the quoted amount. As all our payments are treated as COD (cash on delivery of services), the technician will require full payment or confirmation of payment if you prefer to settle via Electronic Funds Transfer.
5. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair or if the quoted amount does not suit you, the technician may require you to cover the cost of callout (callout fee) to the extent of R450 unless otherwise prescribed.
